Training Process Flow in Wipro

Wipro Training Program

 (

All these three Parts of Program will Decide your Salry Category.

1. FRP (Fundamental Readiness Program)
2. CRP (Corporate Readiness Program)
3. PRP (Project Readiness Program)
4. RLL (Real Life Lab)

     FRP      15 Days        Test will be There

     PRP      25 Days           Test will be There

     RLL      10 Days       8Test will be There

1. FRP : (Fundamental Readiness Program): In this trainng period they will tech C and Data Structures. And after this program test will be conducted, in which You need to get 70% .

          **** If you fail to get 70% they will conduct the test again after a week.

Generally You will get 30 questions frm C and nearly 20 Questions frm Data Structures. If u just know what is a pointer and the concepts of Data Structure u can answer all the Questions from Data Structures. U need to prepare Test Ur C Skills by Yaswanth Kanithkar for answering C . FRP Question paper seems very easy when ur answering but u may not score up to ur Expectations bacauz questions were very tricky. So we recommend you to prepare well for the FRP Exam .

2. PRP : (project Readiness program): This will be Depending on allocation of domain.

You May feel this is the toughest part of your training. In this part of traininng you will be teached on specific Technologies according to your Domain.

Examle: For J2EE: RDBMS, SQL, PLSQL, Java, J2EE

                       Oracle: RDBMS , SQL, PLSQL, Database Administration , Java

          It is sufficient to prepare the material given by wipro to appear for the exam. But here in TRP u have lot of syllabus to cover. so be proficient with subject from the beginning. 

Yup Again Test: Again a Test is conducted after this program.......which is for 100marks (120 Min)

If u fail to get 70% marks ...... You have to should face the retest after your PRP.

3. RLL : ( Real Life Lab ):Normally It is the easiest part of the training. In this part of training They will give u a mini project wich u need to complete the project with in 10days. Team consists of Two members. You need not worry about your marks in this part of training . Because you will Definately get minimum of pass mark. Even you can also get full marks . 

At the end of the trng u need to get an agree of 70% to get a project.
